Ukraine e-Visa
Ukraine suspended electronic visas in 2022 and resumed them on 19 February 2025. They are issued online for short stays of up to 30 days, to citizens of a defined list of countries. This page explains who needs a visa, who can apply online, and where IS Group can help.
What IS Group handles
We prepare and file Ukraine e-visas for applicants whose nationality is on the eligible list below.
We check your eligibility before anything is paid. Ukraine's e-visa is only open to certain nationalities, and only for certain purposes — if yours is not covered, the application goes to a consulate instead and we will tell you so rather than file something that cannot succeed.
We do not obtain Ukrainian residence permits, work permits or long-stay D visas through this service.
Applying for a Ukraine e-visa?
Send us your passport details and the purpose of your trip and we will confirm whether you are eligible before you pay anything.
Fees are per applicant. The consular fee is set by Ukraine, not by us, and is payable whether or not the application succeeds — confirm the current amount on the official portal before you pay. All fees are payable in full before we file.

Ukraine is under martial law and parts of the country are occupied. Entry and transit to the occupied territories is strictly prohibited, and anyone who has entered them without Ukrainian permission is refused entry to Ukraine altogether — including on a valid visa.
A visa is permission to apply to enter. It is not a guarantee of entry, and border officers may refuse anyone. Check your own government's travel advice for Ukraine before committing to any booking.
You cannot fly into Ukraine
Ukrainian airspace has been closed to civil aviation since 2022 and no commercial flights operate. Everyone arrives overland. For most of our clients that means crossing from Chișinău, which needs a Moldova transit e-visa before you can travel.
We handle that whole leg for you: the Moldova transit application, and the bus reservation from Chișinău to the Ukrainian border. Your Ukrainian visa is what makes the Moldova transit possible — the two go together.
Apply e-Visa Moldova How Moldova transit worksStep 1 — Do you need a visa at all?
Citizens of the countries below may enter Ukraine without any visa, in most cases for 90 days in any 180-day period. If your country is on this list you need nothing from us.
Shorter allowances apply to a few: Bosnia and Herzegovina 30 days in any 60, Brunei 30 days, Hong Kong 14 days.
Step 2 — Can you apply online?
The e-visa is open to citizens of the countries below. Everyone else who needs a visa must apply through a Ukrainian embassy or consulate.
The e-visa in detail
What you must be able to show
- A passport valid well beyond your intended stay, with a clear scan of the biodata page.
- A passport-standard photograph.
- Documents supporting your stated purpose of travel — an invitation from a Ukrainian company, an event registration, a booking, or medical correspondence, depending on why you are going.
- Proof of medical insurance valid in Ukraine, and evidence of sufficient funds.
- Your onward or return travel arrangements.
Rules change. Ask us before you assume.
Visa rules are set by governments and can change at any time, without notice and without our involvement. We keep this page as current as we can, but the only answer that counts is the one for your nationality, your passport and your travel dates.
Tell us your situation and we will check it for you before you pay anything. That is what we are here for.
