Application Workflow

Initial Filing
Submit your Passport scan, identity photos, and complete the initial processing payment.

Agreement
Receive and sign the official service agreement and your job offer letter for the specific vacancy.
03
Labor Office
Application is submitted to the Local/Main labor office in Poland. Processing takes ~30 days.
04
Permit Issued
Your official Work Permit (Zezwolenie na pracę) is issued within 90-120 days total.

- We are not in a capacity to Guarantee by any means 100% Visa for which only Polish Embassy is responsible.
