Azerbaijan e-Visa

Azerbaijan issues electronic visas through the government's ASAN Visa system: a single-entry visa for up to 30 days, decided in three working days, or three hours if you pay for urgency. This page explains who needs a visa, who can apply online, and where IS Group can help.

What IS Group handles

We prepare and file Azerbaijan ASAN e-visas for applicants whose nationality is on the eligible list below.

We check your eligibility before anything is paid. The ASAN system is open only to listed nationalities, and only for a single visit of up to 30 days — if you need longer, or a different category, the application goes to an embassy instead and we will tell you so rather than file something that cannot succeed.

We do not obtain Azerbaijani work permits, residence permits or long-stay visas through this service.

Applying for an Azerbaijan e-visa?

Send us your passport details and your travel dates and we will confirm whether you are eligible before you pay anything.

3 working daysStandard processing · 3 hours urgent, at a higher government fee

Fees are per applicant. The USD 20 state fee pays for your application to be reviewed, not approved — it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including refusal. The USD 9 processing fee is charged on top. Neither is set by us. All fees are payable in full before we file.

Two entry rules that catch people out

Citizens of Armenia are refused entry and transit, and so are holders of Kosovo passports. Azerbaijan also does not recognise passports issued by Abkhazia, Northern Cyprus, the Sahrawi Republic, Somaliland, South Ossetia or Transnistria.

Anyone who has visited Nagorno-Karabakh or the surrounding districts without Azerbaijani permission is refused entry and may be added to a permanent persona non grata list. An Armenian stamp alone is not a bar, but an unauthorised visit to those territories is.

Rules change. Ask us before you assume.

Visa rules are set by governments and can change at any time, without notice and without our involvement. We keep this page as current as we can, but the only answer that counts is the one for your nationality, your passport and your travel dates.

Tell us your situation and we will check it for you before you pay anything. That is what we are here for.
